3. Shipping: Choose a shipping option. You can purchase our cost-effective return label with DHL Express directly in the portal or organize the shipping yourself.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from us.

To register a return, please use our Return Portal . Enter your order number and email address, select the items you want to return and follow the instructions. You can purchase a low-cost return label with DHL Express or organize the shipping yourself.

Please note that certain items may not be returnable due to their nature or for hygiene reasons.

Your refund will be processed once we receive and process your return.

Please note that processing may take up to 21 days. Depending on your bank and payment method, it may then take up to 3 days for the amount to be credited to your account.

If your order is not eligible for return in our Return Portal, it is probably because the 14-day return period has expired. In this case, unfortunately, we can no longer offer returns.
